Will your data be passed on to third parties?

In as far as we are legally obliged or by order of the court compelled to do so, we will pass on your data to government or private instances entitled to receive information, after carefully examining the situation. How can you realize your right to revoke and delete data?
If you have given us personal data you can revoke it at any time. We will then delete your data immediately. Data for purposes of billing and book-keeping remains unaffected by this. The deletion will take place within the time period stipulated in the TDDSG. Should we be legally obliged to keep the data in our custody, the data will not be deleted, but made inaccessible if technically possible. The data then remains in our system but will not be used or worked on further.
