What must be taken into account with personal data?
Basically you can make use of our website without revealing your identity (anonymously). If you wish to register for a personalized service, for example you wish to receive information material by post or to subscribe to a newsletter, we ask you for your name and address and other personal information without which we would not be able to supply you with the service required. However we only collect the information necessary to carry out the task. It is your own free decision whether you wish to make use of this service and enter your data for this purpose.

What data do you collect even with anonymous usage ?
Through the Log files (records of access) of our server we are informed of the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you have visited us , the pages of our website that you have visited and at what time and for how long, your browser version and operating system. This information is evaluated for statistical purposes. It is technically impossible for us to deduce your identity from this information. The individual user remains anonymous here.

How is the safety of your data guaranteed?
We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data you made available to us from loss, destruction and unauthorized access.

Will your data be passed on to third parties?
Your data will not be passed on to third parties on principle. We only pass on data to third parties named in the declaration of consent with your agreement and only in as far as the recipient has committed himself expressly to observing the valid data protection regulations. We will not pass on your data for sale, lease or exchange. In as far as we pass on data to external service providers for the agreed purposes (Working with data given in order according to Section 11 BDSG), these are bound by the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Law, other legal regulations on data protection and by this data protection declaration.

Are there exceptions with regard to a limited passing on of data to third parties?
In as far as we are legally obliged or by order of the court compelled to do so, we will pass on your data to government or private instances entitled to receive information, after carefully examining the situation. Furthermore we retain the right to pass on your personal data to a third party even without your consent, if this should prove necessary, in order to defend ourselves against attacks that constitute an offence, or that are capable of preventing or impeding the functioning of our internet presence.

How can you realize your right to revoke and delete data?
If you have given us personal data you can revoke it at any time. We will then delete your data immediately. Data for purposes of billing and book-keeping remains unaffected by this. The deletion will take place within the time period stipulated in the TDDSG. Should we be legally obliged to keep the data in our custody, the data will not be deleted, but made inaccessible if technically possible. The data then remains in our system but will not be used or worked on further.

Do you use Cookies?
„Cookies“ are small files that are saved on your PC while you are looking at pages on the internet. We do not use cookies.
