This attitude is mainly to be found amongst those people who regard themselves to be rather superior to other people and who believe that they are leading respectable lives and that they are receiving more graces than others. They puff themselves up and swagger about; whatever they hold to be beneath them, they simply let it go under and so, they are always judging things and looking down their noses on others whilst regarding themselves to be the cat’s whiskers!
